The Big Bore pipes make your bike more responsive while saving considerable weight over the stock headers.

Designed and manufactured by TEC in 304 stainless 45mm tube.

Completely bypasses Triumph’s CAT, de-restricting airflow from the engine and releasing a deeper sound.

Can be used with any mufflers (including the stock factory ones) that fit stock front pipes.

Also available as a full system called the “Dueller” featuring our new slip-on mufflers at a discounted price.

Exhaust-to-cylinder head gaskets included.

NOTE
Up to 2021 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) if you want. This allows a much quicker and easier installation. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed. We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.

From 2022 models, Triumph has introduced new Euro 5 models and have started phasing in anti-tamper, welded on rear link pipes to the Cat. If this is the case on your bike, the Cat unit will have to be removed before installing the headers.
