TEC Bike Parts USA Customer Service, Let me loose a dog into this fight. I bought a set of Tecbike Koni look alikes used from a salvage yard after ascertaining that the bike was salvaged after major mechanical failure (i.e. engine failure) and not wrecked. When I got them the rubber bushings were, as the Brits say, rather perished. Contacted Tec USA and bought the bushes and an adjusting spanner. The bushes came in for a different shock style (bag was mislabeled). Contacted Tec and the new ones shipped the same day and were there in 2 days with a postage paid mailing envelope to return the others. Super customer service.
