The Dueller features 45mm big bore header pipes and slip-on muffers with heat shields/joint covers.

Important: Only the complete system can be fitted to these models:

Street Twin
Street Cup
T100
T120

You cannot fit just the headers or just the slip-on mufflers. We have different slip-on mufflers for Street Twin and Street Cup available in a separate listing.

Designed and manufactured by TEC in 304 stainless 45mm tube.

Gaskets and fitting instructions included.

The Big Bore pipes make your bike more responsive while saving considerable weight over the stock headers.

Completely bypasses Triumph’s CAT, de-restricting airflow from the engine and releasing a deeper sound.

The TEC marked silencers come supplied with TWO different sets of baffles: ‘Big-Bore’ baffles & ‘High-Flow’ baffles. Easy to swap out to modify your sound.

NOTE:
On US models up to 2021, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) if you wish. This allows a much quicker and easier installation. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed. We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.

From 2022, Triumph has introduced new Euro 5 models and have started phasing in anti-tamper, welded on rear link pipes to the Cat unit. If this is the case on your bike the Cat unit will have to be removed before installing the system.
